I am looking forward to my 12th amazing summer at the JCC Abrams Camps. In addition to my role as the Executive Director of the JCC, I will also be directing the operations for the camp that so many call home. My daughter started camp as a preschooler and will be a 2nd year Counselor this year. My son will be in the Teen Travel program and can’t wait for camp to begin! Every year I love welcoming back our camp families, as well as meeting our new ones. It’s amazing to see the campers grow and mature from year to year. I look forward to a fun camp season!
JENNIFER KRAVITZ

I can’t believe this will be my 14th summer at the JCC Abrams Camp and that I’m about to have a 2nd year Counselor and a Madrichim – time sure does fly by! JCC Abrams Camps has been a second home for our family. Camp is a place where all children can be silly, make mistakes, embrace their Jewish values and just be themselves. In addition to planning year-round programming, I spend a lot of the off-season getting ready for another amazing summer experience. Looking forward to another amazing summer!

Hello, everyone! I'm Debra Radin, your Assistant Camp Director here at JCC Abrams Camps. As we get ready for another incredible summer, I'm so excited to add on a new role overseeing the Madrichim. With 26 consecutive summers spent at this camp, it's not just a place of work for me but also a second home and family. My own children Jared and Erica have grown up here, and I have the joy of welcoming your campers off the bus each morning, starting their day with a high-five and a smile. I can't wait to make this summer the best one yet!

I am so excited for another summer with this amazing camp family! I feel truly honored to spend my days with our youngest campers (Prek-Kindergarten)! I love to combine my passion for working with young children with my love of all things Abrams Day Camp!! I have been a JCC Abrams kid since the summer of 1981, and camp truly feels like a second home to me. I have worn many different hats in my past, from camper to counselor, specialist, and unit director.

I am ready to embrace year 10, at the JCC, head on! I am very excited for another year as a Unit Director on the Leadership Team. I am a second grade teacher in the Edison school district. My years at camp have truly transformed me into the person and educator I am today. It’s very special to watch campers grow over the years, just as I have during my years at camp. Forming long-lasting relationships and helping children grow to their fullest potential fill me with happiness! Camp is more than a four letter word. It’s a family, second home and happy place for all who experience it. I can’t wait for all the fun that summer 2024 will bring!
KIM SUSSMAN
Unit Director
Hi, I’m Kim Sussman. I’m so excited to be leading the 5th and 6th graders this summer on a super sweet adventure! I’m excited to have our campers explore various interests through electives and choice periods. I am also excited to take to the road with so many fun trips planned this summer. Most importantly, I am excited to see old friendships rekindled and new friendships bloom. “When I say JCC, you say ABRAMS!”

I will be hitting the road with the Teen Travel group again this year for my second year as their unit director. I am very excited to try new things and experience new activities throughout the summer!
