Electives

Electives are a way for campers to have a choice period to explore a new activity, interest or dive a little deeper in an area that they already enjoy.  Electives grow with your child at JCC Abrams Camps.

Abrams Electives: Campers in 1st-3rd grade choose one elective period to participate in each week.  Keshet electives range from sports, arts, cooking, STEM based like LEGOs and Rubic cube, biking, skateboarding, cheerleading, dance and more...

Abrams U: The mission of Abrams U is to give campers (grades 4th -7th) the opportunity to participate in a specialty camp experience imbedded in the JCC Abrams Camp day, while developing 21st century skills, reinforcing Jewish values, and providing intense, increased elective choices.

 

There are 6 majors speciality areas of interest: Culinary arts, Creative arts, Performing arts, Aquatics, Athletics and STEM.  Abrams U minors range from fishing and biking, jewelry making, paper mache, Abrams Shark Tank and Restaurant Wars, NFL Draft and more...
